Necessary products

For the dough:

  • 125 grams of butter
  • 250 grams of flour
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tablespoon fresh milk
  • a large pinch of salt
  • 1 teaspoon finely chopped fresh rosemary

For the stuffing:

  • 1 large piece of chicken breast (or 2 smaller)
  • 3 strips of bacon
  • the white part of a stalk of leek
  • 1 small carrot
  • 100 grams of green beans
  • 100-150 grams of broccoli
  • 300 grams of sour cream (high fat)
  • 3 eggs
  • 100-150 grams of suitable cheese / yellow cheese, can cream cheese
  • salt and pepper

 

Method of preparation :

Grind the flour with the butter, salt and rosemary by hand. Then beat the egg and pour a spoonful of milk. Make a dough, wrap it in plastic wrap and put it in the fridge for half an hour.

Cut the chicken breasts into cubes, fry them and add the bacon (to pieces). After 2 minutes, remove the meat mixture from the heat.

Cut the vegetables at random and stew for 5 minutes (until semi-cooked). Add salt to taste and add to the meat.

In a separate bowl, mix the cream with the eggs and cheese / yellow cheese, season and then combine with the vegetables and meat.

Roll out between two sheets of parchment, put it in a greased form with a diameter of 22 centimeters and pierce in several places with a fork.

Spread the filling on this base and flatten.

Bake the slurry for 30-40 minutes (time depends on your oven) at 180 degrees.
