Method of preparation :
Boil the bulgur, pre-frying it lightly in a little olive oil or butter. Boil for about 10 minutes, add salt and leave under a lid for 5 minutes.
Peel the tomatoes and cut into small pieces. Peppers, onions and parsley also cut.
Mix the vegetables with the bulgur in a suitable bowl and season with a sauce made from olive oil and garlic. Add lemon juice as desired.
