Necessary products:

 

  • 3 slices of toaster bread
  • 1 boiled and finely chopped carrot
  • 1 teaspoon blanched spinach, chopped
  • 1 red pepper, finely chopped
  • 2 pickles, chopped
  • 1-2 stalks of fresh dill, finely chopped
  • a few sprigs of fresh parsley
  • 100 milliliters of nut milk of your choice
  • 1/2 teaspoon olive oil
  • juice of half a lemon

 

Method of preparation:

 

Put the milk in the bowl of a blender, pour olive oil and beat, moving the appliance from bottom to top. After thickening, add the lemon juice, stir and cool for 5 minutes.

Spread the slices two by two with the resulting sauce and distribute the peppers, carrots, spinach, cucumbers and fresh dill and parsley. Glue the slices two by two, heat a toaster or sandwich press and bake the slices for 4-5 minutes.

Cool, cut each sandwich into two pieces and arrange on a plate. Serve warm, garnished with a sauce of your choice.
