Required products :
500 grams of tomatoes
150-200 grams of onions
500 grams of eggplant
300 grams of carrots
7-10 grains of black pepper
3-5 cloves of garlic
salt to taste a
little sugar
dill to taste
oil
Preparation :
Cut tomatoes, aubergines, onions and carrots into circles.
Pour oil into a suitable saucepan and arrange the vegetables, alternating layers of them: tomatoes, onions, eggplant, carrots, black peppercorns, onions again and finish with tomatoes.
Add salt to taste and a little sugar. Place the dish on the stove and let the vegetables simmer until ready, without pouring water.
Mash the garlic, finely chop the dill and mix the two spices.
When the dish has cooled, season with the aromatic mixture and serve cold.
