Required products :

  • 1 teaspoon beans
  • 1 cup peas
  • 2-3 carrots
  • cabbage - quantity at will
  • 1 cup crushed breadcrumbs
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 onion
  • 1 teaspoon dried mushrooms
  • fresh parsley to taste
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 3 tablespoons flour
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • salt and ground black pepper to taste

Method of preparation :

Boil beans, peas, carrots and cabbage until cooked. Fill the mushrooms with water and wait for them to soften. Then mix the prepared products and grind them together.
Beat the eggs, add the crushed rusks or breadcrumbs, fried onions, chopped fresh parsley and season with salt and ground black pepper to taste. Stir well.

Form schnitzels from the minced vegetables, roll them in the egg batter and flour, then fry until golden on both sides in very hot oil.

Serve with sour cream.
