Method of preparation :
Wash the avocado and lemon, rinse the broccoli with warm water.
Cut the avocado into two pieces. Peel the pitted half, cut into large pieces and place in a blender bowl.
Add the broccoli, pour in the two juices and beat the products for about a minute. You will get a homogeneous green mass, which you pour into a glass, cool and then serve.
