This is an unconventional but very tasty soup. The tomatoes in the composition give a sweet taste, and the slightly sour one is due to the apples. You can prepare it without meat with vegetable oil.

Necessary products:

  • 2 liters of chicken or beef broth (or water)
  • 300-400 grams of cabbage
  • 1-2 sour apples
  • 1 pepper
  • 1/2 head onion
  • 2-3 tomatoes
  • parsley
  • dill
  • 2 tablespoons butter or oil
  • left
  • ground black pepper

Method of preparation:

Wash the apples, peel the onion, clean the pepper from the seeds. Grate the cabbage into thin strips and cut the pepper into straws. Cut the onion into small cubes and mash with the butter.

Bring the water (or broth) to a boil and add the mashed onions and peppers, boil for 3-4 minutes and add the cabbage. All this boil for 10 minutes on low heat. Then peel the apples and remove the core, cut them into thin slices and the tomatoes into slices. Chop the parsley. Add the apples and tomatoes to the soup and simmer for 5 minutes. Add salt and pepper to taste. Put the chopped parsley and turn off the stove.

Vegetable soup will be tastier if left for about 20 minutes before serving. You can sprinkle it with freshly ground black pepper. Have a good time!
