Fry the chopped onion in oil until semi-finished. Cut the peppers, zucchini and yellow cheese into large cubes, and divide the broccoli into inflorescences (if they are very large, cut them into two or several pieces).
Mix all the vegetables in a deep bowl, add the onions and stir.
Beat the egg and mix it with the cream, add salt to taste, if desired, but do not forget that the cheese is salty.
Pour the products with the resulting combination and bake in the oven for about 50 minutes.
The temperature should not be high.
