Method of preparation:
Pour 1-2 tablespoons of olive oil in a saucepan, heat it and fry finely chopped green onions. Wash, dry and add the whole mushrooms. Stir and add the green beans, corn and lemon. Season with salt, pepper and soy sauce.
In another bowl, heat half the butter, fry the flour, dilute with water and lemon juice. Once thickened, pour the sauce over the vegetable mixture and mix until smooth. Sprinkle the dish with black and white sesame seeds and simmer on low heat for another 10 minutes.
Put the rice in a saucepan, pour the water and boil it. Add the remaining oil and cool. When the dish is ready, pour portions and serve the dish warm, garnished with white rice.
