  • 150 grams of black mussels, frozen
  • 50 grams of cherry tomatoes
  • 100 grams of boiled fresh corn
  • 300 grams of fine fresh potatoes
  • 1 peeled and sliced ​​carrot
  • 2 red onions
  • a few sprigs of fresh parsley
  • salt, pepper
  • 100 milliliters of white wine
  • 2 teaspoons olive oil
  • 2 sliced ​​lemons
  • a few stalks of devesil

Method of preparation:

Clean the shrimp and set them aside. Pour water with a saucepan and blanch both types of mussels. Add the shrimp, drain after 5 minutes and place the seafood in a pan. In another pan, heat olive oil and fry the red onion, cut into crescents.

Wash and dry the potatoes. Without removing the flakes, add them to the pan. Add the carrots, tomatoes, chopped corn and season with chopped devesil and parsley. Stir and pour the vegetables in the pan.
