Clean the shrimp and set them aside. Pour water with a saucepan and blanch both types of mussels. Add the shrimp, drain after 5 minutes and place the seafood in a pan. In another pan, heat olive oil and fry the red onion, cut into crescents.
Wash and dry the potatoes. Without removing the flakes, add them to the pan. Add the carrots, tomatoes, chopped corn and season with chopped devesil and parsley. Stir and pour the vegetables in the pan.
Garnish with sliced lemons, season with salt, pepper and pour the wine, olive oil. Preheat oven to 180 degrees and cook for 40-50 minutes. If desired, cover with aluminum foil. Cool, distribute portions and serve.
