Necessary products

For the dough:

  • 300 grams of wheat flour
  • 1/2 packet dry yeast
  • 200 ml of water
  • 1/2 tsp Sol
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

For the stuffing:

  • 500 grams of spinach
  • 2 zucchini
  • 1 stalk of celery
  • 500 grams of broccoli
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 500 grams of tomatoes
  • 300 grams of mozzarella cheese
  • 3 tablespoons butter or margarine
  • nutmeg
  • left
  • pepper

Method of preparation:

Knead dough from the above products for it.

Make the filling as follows: briefly soak the spinach leaves in boiling salted water, allow them to drain and dry. Cut the zucchini into thin straws, wash the celery and cut thinly. Divide the broccoli into small "bouquets", mash the garlic or chop finely. Stew all vegetables in vegetable oil, preferably in olive oil. Season with salt, pepper and nutmeg.

Boil the tomatoes in hot water, then pour cold water over them, peel them and cut into large pieces.

Roll out the dough and place it in a greased pan. Spread the stewed vegetables on top, the tomatoes on them. Grate the cheese on a fine grater and sprinkle an even layer of it over the tomatoes.

Bake at 200 degrees for about 25 minutes.
