How To Cook Vegetarian Pizza With Artichokes And Cauliflower - Recipe

Learn how to cook "Vegetarian pizza with artichoke and cauliflower bread". Delicious recipe.

Cauliflower pizza is gaining popularity especially in the last 2 years, when the low-carbohydrate diet is the most preferred worldwide. But diversifying the fillings is sometimes a difficulty. Here's an idea for a cauliflower pizza with artichokes.

Required products :

  • 2 tablespoons tomato sauce
  • 60 grams of grated yellow cheese
  • 1 tablespoon dried oregano or basil
  • 60 grams of mozzarella
  • canned artichoke (about 100 grams)
  • 1 clove of garlic, thinly sliced

for swamps:

  • 120 grams of grated yellow cheese
  • 120 grams of grated cauliflower
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Method of preparation :

Preheat oven to 180 degrees.

Grate the cauliflower with a grater or grind it in a food processor until it crumbles as big as a grain of rice. Mix with the grated yellow cheese and eggs.

Transfer to a tray lined with paper and form a tray with a diameter of 28 centimeters.

Bake for 20 minutes until it starts to bake, but it should not be completely ready.

Remove from the oven and spread with tomato sauce, put the grated yellow cheese on top. Place the slices of mozzarella, distribute the artichokes and sprinkle with basil. If desired, add garlic.

Bake for another 5-10 minutes at 210 degrees.
