Required products :
4 sweet green peppers
3 green chili peppers
connection coriander
1 head garlic
1 tablespoon salt
1 tablespoon spice zaatar
pinch of turmeric
Method of preparation :
Bake 3 of the sweet peppers in the oven, then put in a bag or dish with a lid, let them simmer and peel their skins. Be brave.
Mix the remaining chopped raw pepper with the cleaned garlic cloves, add the chopped coriander and chili peppers. Grind these products too.
Combine the two purees, add the salt, a pinch of turmeric and the spice zaatar. Mix everything and transfer the snack to a jar.
You can store in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
