Required products :

  • 300 grams of yogurt
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese
  • 50 grams of unsalted butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • pinch of salt and freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 clove of garlic, pressed
  • 4 eggs
  • 4 slices of toast

Method of preparation :

  • Mix the yogurt with the shredded cheese and garlic.
  • Season with salt and pepper and mix well.
  • Divide the mixture evenly into two deep bowls.
  • Heat the butter in a small pan over medium heat and fry the red pepper briefly. Set aside.
  • Put the eggs in a deep bowl with boiling water for about 3 minutes.
  • Remove with a slotted spoon to drain off excess water and place two in each bowl of milk.
  • Sprinkle the eggs generously with fried red pepper and serve with slices of toast.
