Required products :

  • 1 bottle of 750 milliliters of red wine
  • 160 grams of sugar
  • 300 milliliters of dry vermouth
  • 50 milliliters of freshly squeezed orange juice
  • 2 star anise
  • 1 stalk of cinnamon + more for garnish
  • 4 cloves
  • 3 tangerines, cut into thin slices
  • 1 peach, peeled and sliced
  • rosemary leaves for garnish

Method of preparation :

Put all products except rosemary in a saucepan. Turn on the stove, let the liquid boil for 1 minute, then reduce the heat and simmer on low heat for another 15 minutes.

Pour into fireproof cups and garnish with rosemary.

Enjoy the drink while it is still warm.
