How To Cook Viennese Schnitzel With Yellow Cheese Filling - Recipe

Required products :

4 large pork chops
1 tea cup flour (or less, depending on the size of the steaks)
1 tea cup breadcrumbs
2 eggs
8 thin slices of cheese (you can use melted cheese)
salt and ground black pepper to taste
corn oil for frying

 

Method of preparation :

Beat the pork chops well, season them with salt and ground black pepper to taste, then roll in flour on both sides.

 

Beat the eggs and dip the meat in them.

 

Followed by rolling in breadcrumbs.

 

Put two thin slices of yellow cheese or melted cheese in the middle of each steak.

 

Fold in half and refrigerate for half an hour.

 

Then heat the fat and fry the schnitzels in it on both sides.

 

When the surface is fried, reduce the temperature and let it cook over low heat so that the inside does not remain raw.

 

Serve immediately until the filling is appetizing.
