How To Cook Vine Sarma With Nuts, Minced Meat And Bulgur - Recipe

Necessary products:

  • 1 large potato, cut into circles
  • 20 vine leaves
  • 50 grams of ground walnuts
  • 50 grams of crushed almonds
  • 50 grams of Indian cashews, crushed
  • 400 grams of pork
  • 1 stalk of leek
  • 1 teaspoon boiled bulgur
  • salt, black pepper, paprika
  • 3 sprigs of fresh mint
  • 1 teaspoon savory
  • a few sprigs of fresh parsley
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil

Method of preparation:

Heat olive oil and fry finely chopped leeks. Chop the meat into small pieces and add to the stuffing. Add the ground nuts, bulgur and season with salt, paprika, black pepper, savory, chopped mint and parsley. Stir the mixture and simmer on low heat for 10 minutes.
