  • 150 grams of violet flowers
  • 500 grams of sugar
  • 2 tablespoons fruit pectin
  • juice of one lemon
  • 750 milliliters of water

 

Method of preparation:

 

Mix the violets with the lemon juice and a tablespoon of sugar, stir and add the pectin. Make a syrup from the remaining sugar and water, add the color mixture and cook on low heat until thickened. Cool, pour into jars and seal. Serve and enjoy the taste and aroma.
