Necessary products:

 

for cupcakes

 

  • a cup of tea and a half of flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon oil
  • 4 tablespoons sugar
  • 1-2 drops of violet essence
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • pinch of salt
  • 200 grams of yogurt
  • 2 eggs

 

for cream

 

  • 100 grams of butter
  • 70 grams of candy violets
  • 100 grams of cream cheese without salt
  • 1-2 tablespoons powdered sugar

 

Method of preparation:

 

In a bowl, sift the flour and add the beaten eggs with the sugar, the oil, the violet essence, the yoghurt mixed with the soda and salt. Stir until smooth, place cupcake wrappers in muffin tins and spread the mixture.

Preheat oven to 180 degrees and bake for 30-35 minutes. Make sure they are ready with a dry toothpick. Cool, while making the cream. Put the soft butter in a bowl, add the powdered sugar and cream cheese.

Beat with a mixer until smooth. Crush the candies, put them in a blender and grind finely. Add them to the cream and stir. Fill a kitchen bag and squirt on the muffins. Serve and enjoy the fresh taste.
