How To Cook Vit Pie With Minced Meat And Yellow Cheese - Recipe

Necessary products:

 

  • 1 packet of pastry crusts, baked on a baking sheet
  • 500 grams of flavored minced meat
  • 4 eggs
  • 150 grams of sour cream
  • 3 tablespoons ketchup
  • salt, cumin and black pepper
  • 60 grams of softened butter
  • 200 grams of grated yellow cheese or cheddar

 

Method of preparation:

 

Spread the pastry crusts, spread them evenly with the minced meat and roll them up.

 

Grease a sheet of parchment, put it in a cake tin and add the pie.

 

Mix the cream, ketchup, eggs and season with salt, pepper and cumin to taste.

 

Pour the resulting mixture over it. Preheat oven to 180 degrees and bake until golden.

 

Take it out, sprinkle with grated yellow cheese and return for another 10 minutes. Cool, cut the pie and enjoy.
