Required products :

  • 500 grams of flour
  • 200 milliliters of water
  • 100 milliliters of oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Products for the filling to taste:

  • pumpkin
  • sugar
  • cinnamon
  • sesame
  • fresh berries at will and to taste

Method of preparation :

Knead the dough from the flour, water and oil. Add a teaspoon of salt. Cover with a towel and start preparing the filling.

Grate raw pumpkin using a coarse grater. Squeeze lightly to drain the liquid.

Roll out the dough thinly, grease with a little oil and spread the pumpkin on the surface. The layer should not be thick. If you decide to use fresh small fruits, add them, then sprinkle everything with sugar and cinnamon to taste.

Form a roll, pinch the ends and roll in a round pan greased with oil. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and bake the pie until golden in a preheated oven (at 220 degrees), about 30-35 minutes are enough.
