How To Cook Vita Lavash Pie With Minced Meat Filling - Recipe

Required products :

  • 400 grams of minced meat
  • onion head
  • 4-5 sheets of pita bread
  • 2 eggs
  • 5 tablespoons sour cream
  • 4 tablespoons oil
  • 125 milliliters of water
  • salt and spices to taste

 

Method of preparation :

Fry the finely chopped onion until transparent and add the minced meat to it. Distribute the mixture evenly in the pan and close with a lid. Once it is ready, season to taste.

   

Mix the egg with cream, water and oil. With this combination, spread each sheet of lavash, put the stuffing at one end and roll.

 

 

Arrange the resulting rolls in a spiral in a round tray, starting from the center to the walls.

 

You can spread the rest of the minced meat on the surface, which you spread with the cream-egg combination.

Bake the pie for 30-40 minutes at a moderate temperature.
