How To Cook Vita Pie With Chicken, Leek And Yellow Cheese - Recipe

Necessary products:

 

  • 450 grams of flour
  • 7 grams of dry yeast
  • pinch of salt
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 3 tablespoons oil
  • 250 milliliters of fresh milk
  • 3 tablespoons warm water
  • 500 grams of chicken fillet
  • 1 chopped red pepper
  • 1 stalk of leek, cut into circles
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon ginger powder
  • 1 egg yolk to spread
  • 100 grams of grated cheese or yellow cheese
  • 1 teaspoon crushed chili flakes

 

Method of preparation:

 

In a bowl, sift the flour, add the dry yeast, salt, sugar and oil. Mix the milk with the water and combine the ingredients. Knead the dough and wait for it to rise. Meanwhile, heat the olive oil in a pan and fry the leeks, chicken and peppers.

Season with paprika, garlic powder, ginger and stir. Cool the filling. Roll out the dough into a large round crust, spread the filling on it and roll it into a snail shape.

Put it in a pan covered with a sheet of parchment and spread with beaten egg yolk. Sprinkle the pie with crushed hot peppers and cheese or yellow cheese and bake in a preheated 200 degree oven for 30-35 minutes. Cool, cut and serve.
