Method of preparation :
Sift the flour, mix it with the baking powder, pour in the melted butter, water and knead the dough.
Form it into a ball, cover with a towel or lid and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Pass the curd through a sieve, then mix it with the eggs.
Mix the honey, sugar and butter for the filling in a pan and melt over medium heat, stirring constantly. Pour over the curd, add a little salt and stir.
Roll out the already cooled dough on a floured surface. You need to make a thin rectangular sheet with a width of 25 centimeters and a length of 50 centimeters. Immediately grease the surface with melted butter and distribute the filling evenly, leaving a free strip 1.5 cm wide on all sides of the dough.
Carefully roll up the roll (be careful) and glue the ends together with wet hands. Put it in a greased pan, rolling up in a spiral and smear the surface with beaten egg.
Bake for 35-40 minutes in a preheated 180 degree oven.
Cover the finished pie with a wet towel, put on it dry, folded in four, and leave for 10 minutes.
Submit hot.
