How To Cook Vita Pizza With Minced Meat And Peppers - Recipe

Necessary products:

 

for the dough

 

  • 500 grams of flour
  • 1 packet of dry yeast
  • 1/2 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 250 milliliters of warm water
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon of vinegar

 

for the stuffing

 

  • 500 grams of minced meat
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • three different colored peppers
  • 2 sprigs of basil, finely chopped
  • 2 sprigs of fresh oregano, finely chopped
  • 1 red hot pepper
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 tablespoon tomato paste
  • a pinch of savory

 

Method of preparation:

 

Mix the flour, yeast, sugar and salt in a bowl. Pour olive oil, vinegar and water. Knead the dough and after it rises roll out a long wick.

 

Roll in the shape of a snail and place the resulting loaf in a tray lined with a sheet of parchment.

 

In a pan, fry the minced meat, chopped peppers, tomato paste and spices. Stir and when ready, cool the mixture.

Spread it on the pizza and bake for 30 minutes in a preheated oven at 180 degrees. Serve warm, cut and enjoy.
