Necessary products:
400 grams of flour
packet of dry yeast
200 milliliters of water
a pinch of salt and sugar
1-2 tablespoons of oil
1 teaspoon of butter
150 grams of grated cheese
150 grams of finely chopped ham
Method of preparation:
Sift the flour into a bowl, add the yeast, salt, sugar, oil and water. Knead the dough, leave it to rise, divide it into parts, roll them into round crusts. Heat a saucepan or frying pan, grease it and bake the guzlems on both sides.
At the second turn, arrange the ham and sprinkle with yellow cheese. Twist the ends to the middle, roll and press lightly. Serve warm.
