How To Cook Waffle Crusts With Minced Meat In Crispy Breadcrumbs - Recipe

Learn how to cook "Waffle crusts with minced meat in crispy breading". Delicious recipe.

Required products :

  • 6 ready wafer crusts
  • 1 medium onion
  • 3 eggs
  • 3-4 tablespoons flour
  • 1 teaspoon (without tip) mustard (ready or powdered)
  • salt to taste
  • 300-400 grams of minced meat
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1/3 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 100 grams of low-fat sour cream
  • pinch of baking powder
  • oil

Method of preparation :

Grate the onion, mash the garlic, add them to the minced meat and season to taste. If desired, you can add mushrooms, potatoes, boiled eggs, chopped fresh parsley or another preferred product.

Mix the eggs with the sour cream and mustard, add salt. Put a pinch of baking powder in the flour, sift it and gradually add to the breadcrumbs. Beat to avoid lumps. You should get a homogeneous thick liquid, which you leave for 10-15 minutes at room temperature (you can add 2-3 tablespoons of grated cheese).

Take a sheet of wafer shells, spread some of the filling on it (about 1/3). Cover with a second crust and thus prepare the remaining quantities of products.

Let the blanks stand for a few minutes so that the countertops soften a little. Then cut into two or three pieces, dip each in the breadcrumbs, let the excess drain and fry the waffle patties in hot oil on medium heat on both sides (until golden).

Remove the prepared snacks on paper, which will absorb the excess fat from frying.

Serve them hot, and sour cream or fresh vegetables are a suitable addition.

After cooking, the crusts will be soft, the filling will be juicy, and the breading will have become a crispy coating.

Have a good time!
