Required products :

2 teaspoons flour, sifted
3/4 teaspoon sugar
2 large eggs
1 1/2 teaspoons fresh milk
1 teaspoon melted butter
3 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
honey and freshly chopped fruit

Method of preparation :

In a deep bowl, mix the flour, sugar and baking powder.
In another bowl, beat only the yolks, then add the milk, butter and vanilla and mix well.
Add the mixture to the dry ingredients and stir gently to combine.
In a third bowl, beat the egg whites until the stirrers begin to form peaks when you lift them.
Add them to the other mixture and stir again.
Bake in a preheated waffle iron according to the manufacturer's instructions.
Serve the waffles with honey and freshly sliced fruit.
