How To Cook Waffles With Ice Cream, Fruit, Caramel Sauce And Chocolate - Recipe

Learn how to cook "Waffles with ice cream, fruit, caramel sauce and chocolate". Delicious recipe.

Required products :

  • 200 grams of butter
  • 150 grams of sugar
  • 200 grams of flour
  • 20 grams of starch (1 tablespoon with a tip) if desired
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/3 teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • vanillin by desire

Serving additives:

  • ice cream
  • fruits
  • caramel sauce
  • chocolate spread

Method of preparation :

Using a mixer, beat the butter (at room temperature), add the eggs, stir and then pour the flour mixed with salt, starch, vanilla and baking powder.

Mix the products with a spoon, you get a smooth dough, which you transfer to a pastry syringe or a plastic bag, on which you cut a hole with a diameter of about a centimeter.

"Draw" waffles on a hot waffle iron, bake them to the desired readiness (about 2-3 minutes are enough). Cool on a wire rack.

Initially, the waffles will be soft, then they will become crispy. If you apply a layer of cream or souffle on them and let them absorb well from the additive, the bases will again become soft as a cake.

Serve them with some of the temptations listed above, and why not with all of them at once - you will enjoy an incredibly delicious dessert, the amount of which is good to be careful, however :)

  • Potato waffles with cheese and garlic
  • Crispy potato waffles
  • Cake with waffles, coconut cream and strawberries
  • Aromatic potato waffles
