Method of preparation:
Beat the butter, sugar, egg and vanilla until fluffy. In a bowl, add salt, flour, baking soda and chopped walnuts, pour the egg mixture and make a soft dough. Cover with cling film and refrigerate for an hour. Preheat oven to 190 degrees. Cover a pan with a sheet of parchment, form balls of the biscuit mixture, arrange them and bake until done.
Meanwhile, mix the sugar, salt and condensed milk, bring to a boil and mix until smooth. Add the butter, salt, beat with a mixer to the desired density and cool the cream. Glaze the biscuits with it and sprinkle with crushed walnuts.
