Required products :

  • 8 large eggs
  • 1 1/2 tea cups brown sugar
  • 2 teaspoons sugar
  • 450 melted butter
  • 2 teaspoons cocoa, sifted
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tea cup hot instant coffee
  • 3/4 tea cup of coffee granules
  • 1 teaspoon flour, sifted
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 1/2 tea cups walnuts, finely chopped

Method of preparation :

  • Preheat the oven to 160 degrees and cover a 23-cm square form with baking paper.
  • Grease with oil and set aside.
  • Beat the eggs with a mixer until fluffy and light yellow mixture.
  • Add the white and brown sugar and turn on the mixer again for about 3-4 minutes.
  • Add the remaining ingredients, without the chopped walnuts, and mix with a wooden spoon or spatula.
  • Finally add the walnuts and stir briefly.
  • Pour the dough into the prepared form and bake for 35-40 minutes.
  • Allow the chocolate brownie to cool completely before slicing and serving.
