How To Cook Walnut Cake With Cream And Chocolate Icing - Recipe

Necessary products

For the dough:

5 eggs

200 grams of butter

250 grams of sugar

1 teaspoon flour

1 teaspoon baking powder

1.5 tablespoons cocoa powder

1 cup walnuts

4 tablespoons cream

0.5 teaspoon lemon juice

 

For cream:

500 grams of cream

200 grams of condensed milk

4 sachets of cream fixative

 

For the glaze:

200 milliliters of cream

200 grams of chocolate

10 grams of gelatin

sprinkling biscuits

 

Method of preparation :

Separate the yolks from the whites, put the whites in the fridge. Beat the softened butter until foaming. Then add the yolks one by one, without stopping to beat. Add the cream and walnuts, baking powder, cocoa and flour. Beat the egg whites with the sugar and at the end of the process pour the lemon juice. Add the egg whites to the dough.

Pour into a suitable form, greased with oil and sprinkled with flour and bake the marshmallows at 200 degrees until done. When cool, cut into 3 parts.

Whip the cream to a fluffy foam, add the condensed milk and the fixative. Spread the cream generously on the tops, glue them and spread on the sides of the cake.

Fill the gelatin with water. Heat the cream, but do not let it boil, dissolve the gelatin in it. Then add the chocolate and stir until melted. Allow the mixture to cool and pour in the middle of the cake to spread on all sides. Apply on the sides. Sprinkle with crushed biscuits. Decorate as desired.
