How To Cook Walnut Cake With Cream Coffee And Chocolate - Recipe

Required products :

5 eggs
250 grams of sugar
2 tablespoons vanilla sugar
grated lemon peel on the tip of a knife
80 grams of flour
80 grams of ground walnuts
1 teaspoon baking powder
8 grams of gelatin
200 milliliters of liquid cream
500 grams of high-fat cottage cheese
20 milliliters of walnut liqueur
50 milliliters of strong coffee
100 grams of black chocolate

Preparation :
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
Separate the yolks from the whites. Beat the yolks until fluffy light mass with 125 grams of sugar, add the vanilla and lemon peel.
Beat the egg whites to a stiff foam and carefully add to the yolks. Then it's time for the pre-sifted flour with baking powder, ground walnuts. Mix everything.
Pour the dough into a greased detachable form, flatten and bake for 35 - 40 minutes.
When the marsh cools, cut it in half horizontally.


Pour gelatin with a little cold water and leave for 10 minutes.
