How To Cook Walnut Candies With Honey And Chocolate Glaze - Recipe

Learn how to cook "Walnut candies with honey and chocolate glaze". Delicious recipe.

Required products :

  • honey
  • sugar
  • nuts
  • lemon juice
  • chocolate
  • butter

Determine the exact quantities of the products according to your taste preferences and the desired amount of ready-made candies.

Method of preparation :

Grind the walnuts coarsely.

Pour them into a saucepan and add honey and sugar. Put the pan on low heat and cook the mixture for 10-15 minutes, stirring so as not to burn.

When you remove the combination from the heat, pour a little lemon juice and stir.

Allow the table to cool a bit and then form candies from it, using a teaspoon and wet your hands with water beforehand.

Put the prepared walnut temptations in the refrigerator for about an hour until they are firm.

Meanwhile, make the glaze.

Melt the chocolate in a water bath and add a little butter to make the mixture more pliable.

When you take the candies out of the fridge, dip them in the chocolate-butter mixture (to make it easier, you can use toothpicks, two teaspoons or wooden skewers).

Arrange on a board or sheet of parchment, wait 5 minutes for the excess chocolate to drain and return the dessert to the refrigerator until the coating is firm.

Enjoy your meal!
