Necessary products:
200 grams of walnuts (cleaned)
200 grams of sugar
100 grams of butter
400 ml of fresh milk
1/2 tablespoon starch (corn or potato)
1 tsp cinnamon
Method of preparation:
Fry the walnuts in the oil until golden brown.
Mix the milk with the sugar, simmer for 5 minutes, then add the starch dissolved in 3 tablespoons of water and remove from the heat. Add the walnuts and simmer. After making sure that the mixture does not boil too much, close the container with a tight lid and wrap with a towel. This is how it is prepared for 35-40 minutes. Walnuts are obtained in a thick mixture as a pulp. Cool slightly and pour into bowls. Sprinkle with cinnamon.
