How To Cook Walnut Pancakes With Pineapple, Cinnamon And Honey Sauce - Recipe

Necessary products

For the pancakes:

1 teaspoon flour
5 eggs
2 teaspoons milk
2-3 tablespoons sugar
1/4 teaspoon ground walnuts
50 grams butter
pinch salt
baking oil

For the sauce:

3 tablespoons honey
150 grams canned pineapple
1/4 teaspoon ground walnuts a
little cinnamon

 

Method of preparation :

Separate the yolks from the whites. Mix the yolks with the sugar and a pinch of salt, add the milk with the flour, walnuts and mix thoroughly.
Then add the melted butter, the previously beaten egg whites and mix thoroughly again.

From the resulting dough, bake thin pancakes in a greased hot pan.

Cut the pineapple into small cubes or grate with a fine grater. Mix with walnuts and pour 2-3 tablespoons of canned pineapple sauce. Put the warmed honey and cook everything for 2-3 minutes.

The sauce is ready. Pour it over the pancakes and sprinkle with cinnamon.

Garnish with mint leaves and serve.
