How To Cook Warm Bean Salad With White Mushrooms With Onions And Carrots - Recipe

Required products :

  • 350 grams of frozen white mushrooms (pre-cooked)
  • 3 tablespoons oil
  • a little black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • medium onion
  • 100 grams of carrots
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon dried white beans

Method of preparation :

Fill the beans with water (at room temperature) for 12-14 hours. Then drain it and boil the beans until ready in a new one, which also drain after the heat treatment.

Chop the onion, fry them until transparent, in 3 tablespoons of oil. Then add the coarsely grated carrots and simmer until the orange vegetables are ready.

At this stage, pour the mushrooms into the bowl and heat for a few minutes. Put the prepared beans, black pepper, salt, apple cider vinegar and leave the mixture on the stove for another minute.

You can then serve the salad.
