How To Cook Warm Chickpea Salad With Tomatoes And Onions - Recipe

Learn how to cook "Warm chickpea salad with tomatoes and onions". Delicious recipe.

Required products :

  • 2 1/2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 1/2 tablespoons orange juice
  • 1/2 tablespoon white vinegar
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons ground cumin
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 400 grams of canned chickpeas, rinsed and drained
  • 200 grams of cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 2 green onion stalks, finely chopped

Method of preparation :

  • In a medium saucepan, combine the olive oil, orange juice, vinegar, cumin, salt and pepper.
  • Stir and heat over medium heat until the mixture boils.
  • Add chickpeas, tomatoes and onions. Stir gently and cook for another 1-2 minutes.
  • Serve the salad warm with homemade pearls or something else of your choice.
