Required products :

  • 2 packets of frozen corn (about 800 grams in total)
  • 1 teaspoon cooking cream
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons crystal sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 teaspoon whole milk
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 1/4 tea cup grated finely parmesan

Method of preparation :

Put the corn in a pan, let it thaw there and start smoking. Add the cream, salt, sugar, pepper and butter.

Mix the milk and flour and pour over the corn. Stir to thicken and the corn to soften completely.

Remove from the heat, and add the parmesan while the grains are still hot so that the cheese melts and becomes creamy.

Serve the dish hot, and why not as a warm side dish to fish and meat.
