How To Cook Warm Fresh Potato Salad With Cherry Tomatoes, Olives And Garlic - Recipe

Learn how to cook "Warm salad of fresh potatoes with cherry tomatoes, olives and garlic". Delicious recipe.

Required products :

  • 750 grams of fresh potatoes (preferably small)
  • 250 grams of cherry tomatoes
  • a handful of olives
  • 1-2 anchovies
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • pepper
  • left

 

Method of preparation :

Boil the potatoes until ready. If they are large, cut them into two or more pieces.

Cut the cherry tomatoes in half, peel the garlic and chop finely.

Heat 3 tablespoons of olive oil in a large pan and fry the potatoes with the anchovies and olives for 5 minutes.

Once the potatoes turn red, put the garlic and tomatoes in the bowl, pour the balsamic vinegar, add salt (if necessary). Two minutes later, remove the pan from the heat and serve the salad warm.
