Learn how to cook "Warm lentil salad with mushrooms and sorrel". Delicious recipe.
Required products :
150 grams lentils
500 grams mushrooms
250 grams sweet red peppers
1 bunch sorrel
1 onion
1 clove garlic
2 tablespoons oil
5 - 6 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons sesame
Preparation :
Boil the lentils for 20 minutes in salted water.
Cut the mushrooms into 2.5 cm wide slices, the peppers into straws, the onion into
semicircles, the garlic into circles.
Heat the oil in a suitable pan, pour in the mushrooms, garlic, onion and let them cook until the mushrooms turn golden. Then add the peppers, increase the temperature a little and 5 minutes later put the lentils in the bowl with the other products, pour 3 tablespoons of soy sauce. Remove the dish from the heat and leave for 5 minutes without closing the pan with a lid.
Meanwhile, chop the sorrel leaves in large pieces, mix it with the vegetables, and add the remaining soy sauce.
Transfer the finished salad to a suitable plate, sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve.
