Method of preparation:
Boil, peel and cool the potatoes. Cut into cubes and place in a bowl. Add finely chopped ham, pickles, a few sprigs of parsley and stir.
In a pan, heat olive oil, fry onions, mushrooms, pine nuts and add salt, pepper and bay leaf. Stir and when ready, pour the mixture into the first.
Combine the dressing products, mix until homogeneous and season the salad. Serve it warm, decorated with boiled eggs and enjoy it.
