How To Cook Warm Potato Salad With Pickles, Ham And Eggs - Recipe

Learn how to cook "Warm potato salad with pickles, ham and eggs". Delicious recipe.

Necessary products:

  • 600 grams of potatoes
  • 100 grams of ham, finely chopped
  • 3 pickles
  • 2 onions
  • 2-3 fresh mushrooms
  • 2 hard boiled eggs
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 50 grams of pine nuts
  • olive oil
  • 1 bay leaf
  • fresh parsley

for dressing:

  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon coarse mustard
  • pinch of salt

Method of preparation:

Boil, peel and cool the potatoes. Cut into cubes and place in a bowl. Add finely chopped ham, pickles, a few sprigs of parsley and stir.

In a pan, heat olive oil, fry onions, mushrooms, pine nuts and add salt, pepper and bay leaf. Stir and when ready, pour the mixture into the first.

Combine the dressing products, mix until homogeneous and season the salad. Serve it warm, decorated with boiled eggs and enjoy it.
