Learn how to cook "Hot rye sandwiches with mushrooms, tomatoes and yellow cheese". Delicious recipe.
Required products :
150 grams of rye bread
3 tomatoes
50 grams of yellow cheese
50 grams of mushrooms
30 grams of butter
40 grams of pesto sauce
Method of preparation :
Cut the tomatoes into thin circles.
Mushrooms - on thin tiles.
Bread - on slices, spread with a thin layer of butter on both sides.
Bake them in a hot pan over medium heat first on one side, then turn on the other and let them cook until crispy.
At this stage, without removing the bread from the dish, put a piece of cheese or other cheese on half of the slices.
Tomato rings follow.
And a few pieces of mushrooms.
Finish the filling with pesto sauce and cover with another slice.
Close the container with a lid. The hob temperature should be medium. After 3 minutes, turn the sandwiches on the other side and put the lid back on the pan.
The result is an incredibly delicious breakfast with melting stuffing.
