Learn how to cook "Hot salad of mashed potatoes with eggs and pickles". Delicious recipe.
Required products :
2.2 kg potatoes
1.5 teaspoons mayonnaise
4 tablespoons mustard
4 stalks green onions
2 tablespoons chopped fresh dill
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/2 teaspoon red pepper
10 chopped small pickles
2 tablespoons cucumber marinade
6 hard-boiled eggs
Method of preparation :
Peel and cut the potatoes into 2-3 pieces, boil them until ready in salted water. Drain the liquid and mash the potatoes. Add mayonnaise, mustard, chopped green onions and dill. Season with salt and both types of pepper, stir. If desired, use other spices or herbs.
Then add the sliced cucumbers and boiled eggs, pour the marinade and try the salad. If necessary, add more mayonnaise, mustard and / or spices.
