How To Cook Warm Salad With Cauliflower, Chickpeas And Pomegranates - Recipe

Required products :

  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 2 teaspoons cumin seeds
  • 1 small head of cauliflower
  • 250 grams of cooked chickpeas
  • 1-2 tablespoons of harissa (to taste)
  • 4 small tomatoes
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 3-4 tablespoons pomegranate
  • parsley

Method of preparation :

Cut the cauliflower into small pieces.

Mix olive oil, cinnamon and cumin seeds. Put the cauliflower and stir it with your hands to taste. Transfer the cauliflower to a pan. Bake for 15 minutes at 220 degrees.

In the same bowl put the chickpeas, harissa paste and stir. Add the tomatoes that you have previously cut.

Remove the pan from the oven and place the chickpeas and tomatoes on the cauliflower. Return to the oven to bake the vegetables for another 15 minutes until the cauliflower is fully cooked.

Remove the vegetables from the oven and salt them, add half the pomegranate seeds and stir.

Chop the parsley and divide it into 2 bowls, and put the vegetable mix on it. Sprinkle with remaining pomegranate and serve.
