Required products :

2 slices of white bread

1 hot pepper (if you prefer, use non-hot)

40 grams of grated yellow cheese

2 tablespoons butter (one is for frying)

4 pieces of potato chips

1 tablespoon topped with cream cheese

Method of preparation :

Cut the pepper and clean it of seeds. Bake it in a dry pan for about 8 minutes until soft.

Grate the cheese.

Crush the chips.

Grease one slice with oil.

Sprinkle with half of the cheese.

Put pieces of roasted pepper on top.

Sprinkle with crushed chips.

Next is the remaining yellow cheese.

Spread the cream cheese on the other slice of bread.

Cover the first slice with it.

Melt the remaining butter and fry the golden sandwich in it on both sides until the yellow cheese melts (about 2-3 minutes on each side).

Carefully remove the sandwich from the pan and place it on a plate, turning it over so that the butter can soak into the bread.

Serve with pieces of chips.

Enjoy your meal!
