How To Cook Warm Sandwiches With Roasted Tomatoes, Goat Cheese And Garlic - Recipe

Required products :

3 tomatoes

2 tablespoons olive oil

2 cloves garlic

1 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

2 pinches of sugar

6 slices of bread

3 tablespoons butter

50 grams of parmesan

60 grams of goat cheese

2 tablespoons chopped parsley or other green spice

3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar

 

Method of preparation :

Wash the tomatoes, cut them into circles.

 

Arrange in a tray whose bottom you have covered with foil.

Mix olive oil, crushed garlic, sugar, salt and pepper.

 

Sprinkle the tomatoes with the resulting mixture and bake them in the oven at a temperature of 200 degrees for 20 minutes.

 

 

Meanwhile, spread the slices of bread with the same aromatic combination and bake them in a pan greased with butter until a crispy crust forms.

 

 

Grate the parmesan, pour it into a dry pan placed on the stove, let it melt and form a crust. Separate it from the dish and break into pieces.

 

Spread a little goat cheese on each of the slices.

 

Put roasted tomato rings on it, sprinkle with chopped parsley and sprinkle with balsamic vinegar.

Garnish with crispy parmesan and serve with delicious sandwiches.
