Required products for 1 serving:
1/2 piece chicken fillet
1/2 small pear
1/4 avocado
1/4 zucchini
small arugula connection
salt and pepper to taste
Method of preparation:
Cut the fillet in half lengthwise and roast it on a pan or on the grill (4-5 minutes on each side). Cut the zucchini quarter into thin circles and also roast like the meat. Arrange the arugula on a plate (like a pillow) and place the thinly sliced avocado on it, then the peeled and sliced pear, the zucchini and place the fillet on top of all this.
You can season with vinaigrette sauce or a little olive oil and a few drops of balsamic vinegar.
The salad is served warm and goes well with risotto.
