How To Cook Warm Vegetable Salad With Omelet And Mushrooms - Recipe

Required products :

  • 2 teaspoons olive oil
  • 2 chopped garlic cloves
  • 1/2 onion (finely chopped)
  • 1/2 red pepper (sweet)
  • 2 inflorescences of broccoli
  • 1 teaspoon chopped mushrooms
  • fresh spinach
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/4 tea cup grated yellow cheese
  • pepper
  • sol


Method of preparation :

Beat the eggs in a bowl, season and beat until creamy. Leave for now.

Heat olive oil in a large pan and lightly fry the onion and garlic until soft. Then add the peppers, broccoli, mix well, cover with a lid and let the vegetables simmer for 2-3 minutes.

Then pour the mushrooms over them, close again with a lid and leave the mixture on the stove for a few more minutes, stirring occasionally.

Add the spinach, stir a little more and a few minutes later pour the beaten eggs over the mushrooms with the vegetables.

When the eggs are almost done, sprinkle with cheese. When it starts to melt, remove the pan from the heat.

The warm vegetable salad is ready to serve.
