Boil peeled potatoes and broccoli, cut them into pieces. Cut the garlic and cheese as well. Bring the milk to a boil.
Using a blender, beat half the milk together with the potatoes, broccoli, cheese, garlic. Add the spices. After 30 seconds of whipping, pour in the remaining milk and continue the process until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.
Distribute the finished smoothie in suitable cups and serve.
